Who “we” are
Well – it is only me really… My name is Unni Marie Berg and I’m the creator of Happiness Today. I am the author of several books (self help) and audio programs (dating). I am a CTI educated Life Coach (2003). I studied psychology at the University of Oslo for one year (2008).
Unni’ story
I have always had dreams. Big dreams. They have varied from becoming a world famous suspense author on one hand, to starting an orphanage in a poor country on the other. And a gazillion dreams in between. More often than not it takes big money to reach big dreams.
That is why I chose to be an entrepreneur early on. Obviously most of my big dreams could not be reached on a normal salary.
One of my strong sides (besides the innate ability to dream big…) is that I’m a hard worker. I’m always willing to put in 10 -12 hours workdays 7 days a week, in order to achieve my goals.
But the willingness to work is not enough to succeed in business. There is so much more involved – like working on the right things – and I haven’t been so great at that. The result? I have failed. Not one time, but several.
Time after time when I have tried to do things right, I have fallen on my nose. I swear, sometimes it felt like I fell from the third story. Ouch! It hurt and I bled every time. Each time the pain increased. And my debt kept growing.
On such occasions the saying “Failure is a learning opportunity” has sounded a bit hollow to me. Sometimes I just wanted to give up and stay down, flat on my nose. More than once my inner force has had to drag my body up from the ground and push it in the right direction – in spite of the body kicking and screaming.
Many years have gone by like this, and I have finally learned a thing or two. Now I’m over 50, so one might say it’s on time…
Believe it or not – today I’m living my dream. Finally. This dream is about living a simple, peaceful life in a tropic country with nice people around me, doing what I love.
And this is what I love: Helping people get what THEY want out of life. That is why I have created this website and the program: “Help! I need a Life Change!”
